Competition terms

Allocation of matches will be determined by random draw and is subject to the applicable ticketing terms of the FIFA World Cup 26™.

The prize includes match tickets only. Travel, transport, accommodation, insurance, visas, meals and any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Tickets are provided ‘as is’, are non‑refundable and may not be replaced or compensated in cash or otherwise.

The prize may not be exchanged, transferred, assigned or resold unless expressly approved and is subject at all times to the terms and conditions applicable to the Sponsorship Property and the Visa Go app.

Any tax liability is the winner’s responsibility.

Winners will be selected by Vipps by a random draw after the Promotion period from all valid entries.

By participating in the competition, you consent to Vipps contacting you via the phone number or email address registered in your Vipps profile for the purpose of administering the Promotion. Only winners will be contacted.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not comply with these terms, Vipps reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Vipps will contact the winners and share the necessary information with Visa for fulfilment of the tickets.

Tickets will be delivered exclusively through the Visa Go app.

Winners must register in Visa Go and upload all required information no later than thirty days prior to the relevant match (the ‘Registration Window’).

If registration is not completed within the Registration Window, Visa may reassign the tickets up to twelve days prior to the match. Any winner who has not registered by twelve days prior to the match will forfeit the tickets, which will be cancelled.

Where applicable, winners may also be required to register on the official FIFA World Cup 26™ platform in accordance with the applicable ticketing terms.

FIFA is not liable for anything arising out of this Promotion including the fulfilment of any prizes. FIFA and Visa are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to all applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize, including without limitation the ticketing terms, stadium regulations, entry requirements and any health, safety or security requirements of the Sponsorship Property and Visa Go, and may include passing necessary sanctions screening and entering into a separate waiver.

The prize may not be exchanged, transferred, assigned or resold unless expressly approved. If the prize or any part of it becomes unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. If the winner does not accept the substitution, the right to the prize will be forfeited.

So far as permitted by law, FIFA and Visa and their associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from: (i) any postponement, cancellation, suspension, delay, material change or change in participation relating to the FIFA World Cup 26™; and (ii) any act or default by a winner or their guest resulting in the prize and/or any element of it being unusable, including failure to register within the Registration Window.

By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge that they are not granted any advertising, marketing or sponsorship rights in relation to FIFA or the FIFA World Cup 26™, including any associated leagues, players, events, competitions, matches, teams, athletes or characters, and may not conduct any related marketing or promotional activities.

Vipps administers the Promotion and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Personal information supplied during the course of the Promotion may be shared with Visa, its affiliated companies and service providers insofar as required for fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the prize. When personal information is provided to Visa, it will be processed in accordance with Visa’s privacy policy.
